Tips and tricks for how to stay in shape:
If your weight is 82 kgs you can eat and drink for the day for 1.8 kg more until 83.8 kg, the next morning you go to the bathroom for number 1 and number 2 (a must), then you lose that 1.8 kg additional weight in form of stool and pee, and you repeat the cycle because then your weight will be down to 82 kg again, and you can eat and drink 1.8 kg of food and drink for the day. To lose weight, you just eat less than 1.8 kg max for the day, for example 1.3 kg (calorie deficit) (2). You can add 0.4 kg water weight until 84.2 kg, but you need to pee that day (before 12 pm) so the weight goes back to 83.8 kg maximum. Owning scales is a must. Check your weight every day.
